Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Mt Vernon, Washington.

Job Summary:

As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting. You will work closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Washington
  • 2 years of experience in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • 2 Current Clinical References (Supervisor x2 within 12 months)
  • Physicial (within 12 months)
  • TB Skin Test (within 12 months)
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
  • Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
  • Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
  • Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
  • COVID Card - Current (In most cases)
