Position Overview

As a Junior Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

Facilitating requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements and use cases effectively.

Preparing comprehensive documentation for requirements, use cases, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and both functional and non-functional specifications.


Assisting in analysis, modeling, and applying quantitative techniques to address business inquiries and assess business challenges and objections.

Identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Proficient in UML modeling techniques.

Developing user interface prototypes.

Creating process flow diagrams.

Exhibiting basic project management capabilities and providing updates on project progress to stakeholders.

Designing user interface mockups.

Candidate Qualifications

Characteristics of an Ideal Candidate:

A Bachelor's degree in any field is welcome, with a preference for business and finance disciplines.

0-3 years of relevant professional experience.

Demonstrated analytical skills, strong work ethic, independence, problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a positive demeanor.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
