We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Labor Finders. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our management team and employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and employees, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and implement effective office procedures and policies to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and other documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including visitors and phone callers.

Requirements
