Clinical Admissions Supervisor - Inpatient Services

Job Overview

Helio Health is dedicated to addressing and facilitating recovery from the impacts of substance use, mental health challenges, and various behavioral health issues.

The Clinical Admissions Supervisor will oversee clinical operations and provide leadership for the admissions team within our inpatient services.

This role is essential in ensuring the effective management of our clinical staff and maintaining high standards of care.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support program personnel, ensuring adherence to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist the Program Director and Service Director in managing program finances and developing budgets.
  • Engage in management and administrative committees as required.
  • Ensure that program documentation meets agency and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Act as a representative of the agency within the community.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid professional license (such as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, RN, NP, etc.) or relevant credentials (including CASAC, CPP, CPS, etc.). Limited Permit (LP) Licenses are also acceptable.

A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a relevant program setting is required.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree in a related human services field preferred. Equivalent combinations of training and experience may be considered.
