About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arbors West. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and supporting the overall well-being of our community.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents, including administering medications and performing treatments.
  • Supervise and direct junior staff members and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Document resident conditions and nursing needs, and accurately implement physicians' orders.
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, and ensure that supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
  • Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents, and coordinate nursing care of residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
  • Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • One year experience in nursing preferred.
