About the Role:
As an Evening Shift Behavioral Health Registered Nurse/RN, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary, and communicate changes in patients' clinical conditions with physicians, nursing supervisors/managers, and coworkers as appropriate.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program, and hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse/RN. BCLS certification is required, and ACLS certification is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is also required.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, brand-new behavioral health hospital facilities, and a 3x12 hour shift schedule. You will also have access to tuition reimbursement/assistance, various department optionality, and up to $5/hour shift differentials for nights/weekends.
