Your Responsibilities.

As a Radiologic Technician, you will be expected to:

• Conduct X-Rays in compliance with Primary Health protocols and procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person
• Support Front Office Staff in managing patient details, schedules, and referrals
• Assist in patient examinations and treatments under the guidance of a provider or physician
• Provide clinical triage and communication as outlined by protocols or provider instructions
• Prepare examination rooms for patient assessments, ensuring sterilization, cleanliness, and equipment checks
• Conduct basic laboratory tests on-site and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
• Perform Phlebotomy, ensuring proper collection, labeling, processing, and distribution of specimens from patients of all ages
• Aid back office operations in managing patient flow, documentation, and paperwork
• Offer quality patient education based on individual assessments
• Execute tests and procedures as directed
• Accurately document patient interactions and interventions performed
• Communicate provider instructions to patients
• Assist with non-direct patient care tasks (e.g., autoclaving, stocking, scanning records, mailing, etc.)
• Contribute to identifying methods for enhancing patient care
• Assist or take the lead in emergency situations
• Uphold confidentiality regarding patient and organizational business functions, adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Your Qualifications.
