Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting network issues, and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of network services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and technical guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to improve network performance and security.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in network administration, with a focus on Windows and OSX operating systems.
  • CompTIA A+ Technician certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs and walk throughout the day, with occasional travel to various locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with imaging, software installation, and configuration of network devices.
  • Knowledge of specialty apps, including MUSE, SAP, Epic, ComPAS, MethaSoft, and Pentax.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Epic, VPSX, and Windows Print server team.
