Job Summary

As a member of our team at Boketto, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technically perfect service, ensuring a polished and personalized experience for every guest.
  • Assist with after-dinner service, late-night cocktail and bottle service in the lounge.
  • Verify the age of guests to ensure compliance with alcohol purchase requirements.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our restaurant's food and beverage offerings.
  • Utilize a computer to efficiently process orders and manage transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, using clear and enthusiastic language to ensure a positive experience.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, offering assistance before they need to ask.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless and efficient service experience.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Monitor guest behavior and take steps to prevent excessive drinking, such as persuading guests to stop drinking or arranging transportation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Clear and reset tables, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
  • Transport plates to tables, providing exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements
  • Alcohol Service certification is a plus.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including handling money and providing accurate change.
  • Basic reading skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as standard drink recipes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
