Job Title: Restaurant Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Bartender to join our team at the Springhill Suites in Philadelphia/Ridley Park. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the bar area, including maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as mixology, wine service, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience in a restaurant or bar setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Knowledge of mixology, wine service, and customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
