A leading client of Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Substation T&D Superintendent to lead their electrical infrastructure team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical substation equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design, installation, and maintenance of substation equipment
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
