Substation T&D Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Substation T&D Superintendent to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Substation T&D Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of substation T&D projects, ensuring timely and profitable completion of each project.

• Plan, organize, and supervise specific portions of construction work for assigned projects.
• Responsible for the construction scheduling of construction-related activities of subcontractors to confirm the completion of contractual construction activities.
• Maintain continuity of job progress and maximize efficiencies related to assigned areas.
• Oversee the construction of complete buildings and/or structures.
• Read, interpret, and understand civil, foundation, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
