Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to engineers and production staff on technical issues related to production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, and product development.
  • Develop and recommend procedures and methods to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform technical evaluations of events to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions.
  • Utilize technical data and documentation to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic and mechanical components, equipment, and systems.
  • Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data using established formulae and procedures.
  • Operate basic lab equipment, including meters, oscilloscopes, temperature recorders, etc.
  • Train, assist, and observe other department personnel on department equipment and processes to improve safety, quality, and manufacturing proficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Ability to work within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies.
  • Ability to work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused on complex new assignments.
  • Good organizational skills and computer skills, proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
