Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet schedule and productivity standards.
- Optimize production processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address production issues.
Machine Maintenance:
- Oversee routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise production team members.
- Set performance expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
