Machine Maintenance:

  • Oversee routine maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise production team members.
  • Set performance expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Communication:

Requirements:
