Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team in Granger, IN. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with oncologists and patients to create personalized rehabilitation plans, promoting optimal recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing physical therapy practices
  • Complete required trainings and maintain compliance with government regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients
  • Demonstrate interest or experience in cancer rehabilitation, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice
