**Job Summary**
This position plays a crucial role in the success of Pro Mach by assembling complex mechanical, pneumatic, and electric units with precision and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret part prints and/or manufacturing manuals to plan equipment setup and build.
- Position sub-assemblies, units, and separate components, integrating their operations, and perform other operations incidental to the mechanical assembly of the machine.
- Test machines using established protocols and assist customers with in-plant Acceptance Tests.
- Strictly follow all job safety requirements and procedures, including machine guarding, forklift truck, and hoist operation, and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Provide input for process improvement and increased production, maintain equipment quality, and assist co-workers or other departments to address and resolve inquiries or issues.
**Requirements**
- 2-6 years of manufacturing experience.
- Regular attendance and daily punctuality.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of various machine tools.
- Knowledge of precision measuring procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification (may be provided by company).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize.
