The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and renovation of our buildings, as well as the operation and maintenance of equipment and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise maintenance employees in the performance of routine building maintenance and repair tasks
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and grounds
- Plan, organize, and implement maintenance projects, including renovations and construction
- Supervise inspections of worksites and buildings on a routine basis
- Exercise independent judgment in planning and carrying out responsibilities
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions
