We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team at Taylor Morrison. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our construction teams, ensuring that our homes are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects on time and to the required standard.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans and schedules, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the right people and materials are in place to complete projects.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet the required standards of quality and safety.
  • Cost Management: Manage costs effectively, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with safety and compliance regulations.
  • Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, preferably with a production builder.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in construction or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to read, understand and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other computer software relevant to the role.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $74,280 - $118,840.
  • Bonus and Commission: Eligible for a production bonus of 20%.
  • Auto Allowance: A $6,000 auto allowance.
