Senior Construction Manager

Elite Sourcing US is seeking an experienced Commercial Lead Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale projects in the commercial and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects across various sectors, including Multifamily, Education (K-12 & Higher Ed), Municipal Infrastructure, Water/Wastewater, Land Development, Bridge, and Storm Structures.
- Oversee the successful execution of large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Managers.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of commercial and infrastructure construction and exceptional jobsite management skills.
- Possess detailed process & application knowledge relating to building codes, budget management, construction practices, project scheduling, etc.
