Location: Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to sub-acute rehab patients and long-term care patients at Woodridge.
- Participate in quality initiatives, as well as divisional and departmental efforts to improve patient safety and quality of care.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- ACLS certification
- Interest in Geriatrics and nursing home care
- Record of engagement and excellence in quality and service
- Ability to collaborate and contribute as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active unrestricted licensure (or ability to obtain post-hire)
