Cart and Janitorial Associate Job Description

As a valued member of the Walmart team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize carts from the parking lot to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, ensuring efficient and effective cart management.
  • Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and helpful in all weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with the Front-End Service team to ensure seamless customer interactions and a positive shopping experience.
