In terms of compensation, this role offers an attractive income opportunity with estimated earnings ranging from $35-$45 per 1-hour lesson. Payments are made via PayPal within 24 hours after each completed lesson.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective soccer coaching sessions to clients across Fort Myers.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding their unique needs.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with clients, Dribbler staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Travel to client locations or nearby fields to provide flexible and convenient training options.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A minimum of 2 years of soccer coaching experience is required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
  • No certifications or licenses are required, but 2 years of experience is essential.
  • An energetic and fun personality is vital when working with children.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Passing a criminal background check is mandatory.
  • You will need to acquire your own soccer training equipment.
