About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Carpenter to join our team at Acton ADU. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing carpentry tasks, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform carpentry tasks as directed by the site superintendent
  • Ensure that all work meets Acton ADU's high standards
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Excellent carpentry skills, with a focus on framing, cabinet installation, and finish work
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions
  • Full set of tools and good basic math skills
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 100 pounds
  • Driver's license and good driving record
