Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing function with QA activities to ensure nonconforming products are not produced and shipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and inspections on product quality according to Zebra's quality-assurance processes
  • Investigate nonconforming materials and report to Zebra's authorized vendors as appropriate
  • Escalate and/or engage management as required for assistance in addressing new or complex issues
  • Understand specific technical requirements and deliver output following broad framework
  • Perform other research or related activities as deemed necessary
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Strong process adherence
  • Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
  • Beginner level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management)

Salary: USD 19.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
