We are seeking an exceptional Program Director to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Management Organization program, working closely with the Vice President of Operations to provide guidance, leadership, and direction to case managers, supervisors, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities, with a strong ability to interpret statistics and monitor contract performance. They will also be effective at communicating at all levels, establishing positive working relationships with agency staff, outside service providers, and stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:

  • Daily Operations Monitoring: Ensure client safety and case management progression toward agency goals by monitoring daily operations of case management teams.
  • Collaboration and Staffings: Identify cases of special interest or increased risk, arrange for staffings with case manager supervisors and assistant program directors, and involve community partners to promote a multi-disciplinary approach to case resolution and problem-solving.
  • Quality Assurance and Reporting: Coordinate with quality management to conduct reviews of random samples of case files, determine effectiveness of services, and ensure quality documentation.
  • Team Leadership: Meet with each assigned direct report monthly to review team progress toward agency goals, and participate in the formulation of agency policies, performance improvement initiatives, and continuous quality improvement activities.
  • Community Representation: Represent LSF in the community, partner with lead agencies and stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent customer service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services field or equivalent experience working with at-risk families and/or children.
  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience and 3 years of progressive supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities, ability to interpret statistics, establish effective working relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels.
