We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wine Sales Associate to join our team. As a Wine Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that our wine displays are fully stocked, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking wine shipments, verify product tags on shelves, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by helping guests find stock, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Display Maintenance: Build, update, and restock wine displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized shopping experience.
  • Warehouse Support: Assist with shipping and receiving, perform inventory counts, and support warehouse duties as needed.
  • Front End Support: Maintain front-end supplies, assist with carry-outs, and perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 lbs. and use store ladders.
