Available Shifts:
- Afternoon Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm
- Weekend Double Shifts

Key Responsibilities of Patient Care Assistants:
- Responds to resident calls and needs promptly
- Aids residents with personal grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care
- Delivers food trays and assists residents during meals
- Supports residents with range of motion exercises
- Ensures personal comfort and care for residents
- Assists with mobility to wheelchairs or activity areas
- Aids residents with short-distance ambulation within the facility
- Monitors and records vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, as directed
- Provides both direct and indirect care services to residents
- Addresses the communication needs of residents and their families
- Reports any changes in residents' clinical conditions to the nursing team
- Performs additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications for Patient Care Assistants:
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must successfully complete a state-issued examination
- Valid certification as a Patient Care Assistant in the state of Oklahoma is required
- Six months of experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Candidates must have received the COVID-19 vaccination
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to respond decisively and swiftly in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills with residents, family members, and facility staff
