Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Oklahoma HBP Title Landmen to join our team for various title projects throughout Oklahoma. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting title research, preparing runsheets, and completing mineral and leasehold ownership reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough title research to establish property ownership and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare detailed runsheets for title opinions, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Complete comprehensive mineral and leasehold ownership reports, providing valuable insights for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oklahoma HBP Title Landman roles.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents to obtain and understand legal property descriptions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • AAPL membership is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to county courthouses as needed.
  • Must be an independent contractor.
