About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director for Product Solutions to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Systems Engineering organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our products from design to deployment. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining our product cybersecurity policies, practices, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish relationships with SBU engineering leaders to communicate product cybersecurity information and support incident response
* Advise Raytheon business units on compliance with product cybersecurity policies
* Provide regular reporting and presentations to the Technology and Engineering Vice President
* Collaborate with other Business Unit PCOs to develop best practices and share resources
* Serve as the primary contact for RTX Corporate Product Cybersecurity and CODE Center
* Establish and manage the Raytheon Product Cybersecurity Incident Response Team

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, with a minimum of 14 years of experience in system security and cybersecurity solutions
* Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required
* Experience in at least one of the following technical areas: anti-tamper solutions, cybersecurity, cryptography, information assurance/Risk Management Framework, SW Assurance, HW assurance, or Supply Chain Risk Management
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in engineering execution, customer requirements, and technical leadership positions
