We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient strengths and weaknesses, and develop effective treatment plans to promote patient success and growth.
- Implement and execute treatment plans, utilizing a range of interventions and techniques to address patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems to promote independence and self-management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
