About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Subsurface Utility Engineer (SUE) Project Manager to lead our geospatial services team. As a proactive leader with a strong network of contacts in the industry, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of SUE projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SUE projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Cultivate and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, private engineering firms, and major utility providers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and oversee QA/QC processes to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in project deliverables.
Requirements
  • Industry-related work experience in a professional or management capacity.
  • Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Micro Station, Geopack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly define assignments/deliverables to team members.
  • Ability to oversee, mentor, and motivate a project team.
  • Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines while maintaining teamwork and collaboration with others.
  • Professional License or ability to get licensed quickly preferred.
