ROLE SUMMARY :
The Senior IT Manager for Marketing & Inside Sales Capabilities is tasked with crafting and implementing a strategic IT roadmap for the Renewal by Andersen Division, focusing on marketing and inside sales. This leader will collaborate with division leaders in Marketing, Inside Sales, and Retail Transformation to ensure cohesive alignment on IT strategy, planning, and roadmap execution. Additionally, this role requires maintaining a robust connection to the broader digital initiatives of Andersen and Renewal by Andersen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, articulate, and spearhead the IT strategy for marketing and inside sales capabilities within the Renewal by Andersen Division.
- Cultivate and nurture a high-performing team that supports solutions across marketing and inside sales, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and associated applications.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and product owners to develop IT strategic roadmaps.
- Oversee the governance of IT priorities and roadmap management.
- Work cross-functionally with capability and engineering managers to ensure that delivered solutions meet customer expectations.
- Assist teams by eliminating obstacles to success and serve as a point of escalation.
- Promote agile methodologies and mindsets among business partners and leadership.
- Lead stakeholder communications, status updates, and budget management.
- Manage financial aspects, budgets, proposals, and discussions with leadership. Collaborate effectively with IT Leadership and Finance to secure funding.
- Actively participate in Communities of Practice forums, both internally and externally, to enhance organizational maturity and drive innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5-7 years in digital transformation and business relationship management.
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce product or program management.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to create, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- A customer-first approach.
