Job Summary

As an Occupational Therapist with our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with other members of the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and determine treatment plans using approved evaluation documents
  • Complete necessary documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes, in a timely manner
  • Consult with other team members to select treatment programs and coordinate services delivery
  • Train individuals in skills and techniques required for daily living and independence
  • Supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Design and construct adaptive equipment for individuals and recommend adaptations to their work and living environments

Work Schedule
