Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to enhance our Nutrition Team within a Senior Living Community. This role is pivotal in delivering tailored nutrition solutions and ensuring the highest standards of dietary care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medical nutrition therapy, including comprehensive nutrition assessments, dietary modifications, and patient education.
  • Adhere to all protocols as specified in the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards set by federal, state, and accrediting bodies, while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
  • Provide training and mentorship to patient services staff and interns as needed.
  • Engage in patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs.
Qualifications:
  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, where applicable.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in Senior Living.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis software.
