Job Description

We hire for attitude and train for skill

  • Track and trace cargo internationally
  • Ensure the timely movement of goods through its supply chain
  • Analyze and evaluate data flows from our customers and/or service providers into our operational systems
  • Identify and manage exceptions while also identifying opportunities for continual improvement and evolution
  • Work within a multi-agency regulatory environment, ensuring that freight is imported/exported compliantly into/out of the US
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Utilize an array of specialized Expeditors software to increase the compliance and efficiency of our team
  • Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee
  • Promote compliance by diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride
  • Exemplify the company's 10 cultural attributes: Appearance, Attitude, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor, and Visionary

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Driven and motivated individual desiring to embark on or continue a career in the exciting world of international logistics and global trade
  • Understanding of the importance of quality customer service and its effect on all facets of a successful business and brand
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Proven ability to learn new software and utilize evolving technologies
  • Understanding and interest in the world of international logistics and global trade
  • Proactive and organized approach to learning and executing on the job
