Home Health Aide Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Two Caring Hands Private Home Care LLC. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic health care services, including vital sign checks and medication administration.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Make transportation arrangements as needed to ensure clients can access medical appointments and other essential services.
  • Collaborate with our nursing staff, personal care aides, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and report on client condition, providing updates to our care team as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at client homes.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, using your discretion and judgment to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
