We are seeking a dedicated Custodial Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and order of our facilities at American Campus Communities. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring that assigned areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your responsibilities will encompass vacuuming carpeted regions within resident accommodations, hallways, and communal areas, alongside mopping and sanitizing tiled surfaces.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for the disposal of waste materials and upholding the cleanliness of restrooms, which includes thorough cleaning of bathtubs, showers, and toilets.

Requirements:

  • Three to six months of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent
