Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Planner to join our team at KOHLER. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies, and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate production, purchasing, and logistics activities.
  • ERP System Management: Utilize SAP to manage production schedules, inventory, and supply chain activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in materials planning and scheduling in a manufacturing or purchasing environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and other common computer software applications.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
