We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. in Manchester, NH. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, maintaining equipment and facility to ensure maximum reliability, and troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to ensure seamless operation of equipment and facilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair; experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
