The American Swim Academy is seeking a highly skilled Aquatics Manager to join our team in Newark. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our facility, including swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management and training of all school staff
  • Teach classes and in-water training
  • Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members

Requirements
  • Service-driven management experience
  • Experience in aquatics or recreation
