Your Responsibilities:


Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with our product styles, features, and benefits.
Proactively resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
Complete floor replenishment and manage shipments as necessary.
Communicate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit options, to customers.
Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualities We Seek in a Candidate:

  • A positive and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication abilities
  • The capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

You should be able to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Be prepared to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders as required.
Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
