What does a typical day entail?
This position offers the opportunity to engage in diverse activities that contribute to our clients' success. Our service offerings include specialized talent acquisition for CPA firms, HR consulting, outsourcing services, and innovative HR technology solutions designed to streamline HR processes. This role will primarily focus on enhancing our talent acquisition and HR consulting services.

What qualifications and skills are essential for success?
A positive mindset, proficiency in leveraging technology for efficiency, and a genuine passion for enhancing employee and candidate experiences are crucial. If you do not embrace HR best practices or view employees as a burden, this role may not be suitable for you. We are looking for HR professionals who are enthusiastic about their work and the impact they have on clients and employees. Ideally, you possess:
- Experience as an HR Generalist and/or Recruiter, providing foundational knowledge of HR best practices to clients.
- Strong computer skills for daily use of HR software and a commitment to automation.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities for effective interactions with clients and teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills to deliver high-quality projects within deadlines.
- A dedication to implementing HR best practices and a willingness to adapt to the changes that accompany a growing organization.
- Experience with isolved software is advantageous.
- Prior experience in human resources consulting roles is a plus.
