We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Vehicle Service Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests by providing top-tier customer service and performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery testing
- Inspect and replace lights and wipers as needed
- Conduct an 18-point safety check on each vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
