Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of wheelchair attendants to ensure efficient and safe transportation of passengers.
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, airport policies, and PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. procedures.
  • Develop and implement procedures to maximize staff efficiency and quality control.
  • Coach, counsel, and correct the actions of hourly employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with Station Management and customer carriers to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and push a wheelchair with an adult in it.
