POSITION DETAILS

Your responsibilities will include achieving annual financial targets, implementing local marketing strategies, and enhancing guest service initiatives. You will manage the restaurant floor, engage with guests regularly, and address any concerns professionally and promptly. Adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations is crucial to uphold the high standards of our establishment. You will also oversee recruitment, training, and employee retention, fostering a supportive environment for our team members through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.

You will manage inventory, ensure timely ordering of supplies, and maintain equipment and facilities. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Basic mathematical skills
