About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior patient service with empathy and understanding, meeting the unique needs of each patient
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Organize patient charts, verify insurance, and process payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing, maintaining a high level of financial accuracy
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager, supporting the overall success of the practice

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
