Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Geriatric Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll provide proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults in their homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver geriatric house calls to older adults, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric care
