Job Title: MEP Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent to oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ensure all projects are installed and functioning properly
  • Inspect worksites for safety, quality control, and progress
  • Supervise subcontractors and personnel related to the MEP field
  • Manage project scheduling and budgeting
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a MEP Superintendent or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Construction Safety certification is a plus
