MEP Superintendent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent to oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure that all projects are installed and functioning properly.
  • Inspect worksites for safety, quality control, and progress.
  • Supervise subcontractors and personnel related to the MEP field.
  • Manage project scheduling and budgeting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a MEP Superintendent or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Construction Safety certification is a plus.
