Job Summary

The Hinderer Motor Company is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and becoming a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the purchase or lease of vehicles in a professional manner with uncompromised integrity.
  • Use initiative and diligence in prospecting for new customers.
  • Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Earn manufacturer certifications and effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Promote repeat and referral business by building customer relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
  • Present automobiles in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Continued professional growth through training and development.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Willing to work on-site at the dealership.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High energy level and strong work ethic with a determination to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to obtain a Sales License.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Required).
